Many of the players drawing consideration for the Rule V Draft are former prospects who can fill bench and bullpen needs. The Angels' Trevor Reckling is a talented, young southpaw who should draw at least one suitor come draft day.

The following list includes all of the top players available (unprotected) in the 2011 MLB Rule V Draft. The most talented (and/or coveted) players of those available for the draft have their names listed in bold.
